Refund & Return Policy

Overview

This policy describes how cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and related adjustments work for bookings and purchases made with The Podcast Pad ("we," "us," or "our"). Studio services are time-based and customized to your reservation; "returns" in the traditional retail sense generally do not apply once a session has been completed.

Cancellations and refunds before your session

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@thepodcastpad.com or 609-970-7095. Refund eligibility may depend on how far in advance you cancel and the status of your payment (for example, whether a session is still pending checkout versus already confirmed).

Where a payment has been captured for a confirmed booking, we may offer a full or partial refund, or credit toward a future session, based on the notice period and operational costs we incur. Specific terms communicated at checkout, in your confirmation email, or in a written agreement with you will apply if they differ from this general policy.

Pending bookings and abandoned checkout

If you abandon checkout or cancel before payment is completed, you are typically not charged. Any hold or pre-authorization on your payment method, if applicable, is governed by your bank or card issuer and our payment processor's policies.

Rescheduling

We will work with you to reschedule when capacity allows. Rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation of the original time plus a new booking; fees or credits may apply depending on timing and availability.

No-shows and late arrivals

If you do not arrive for a confirmed session without prior notice, the session may be treated as forfeited, and fees may not be refundable. Late arrivals may shorten the usable session time without a proportional refund, consistent with our Terms and Conditions and any confirmation details we provide.

Service issues

If you believe there was a billing error or a serious issue with the service you received, contact us promptly with your booking details. We will review good-faith disputes and may offer a refund, partial refund, or alternative remedy where appropriate.

Third-party payment processing

Refunds, when issued, are processed through the same payment method or channel used for the original transaction, subject to processing times imposed by banks and payment networks. We do not control how quickly refunded amounts appear on your statement.

Non-refundable items

Certain promotional packages, third-party fees, or specially ordered items may be identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, digital goods or services already delivered in full are generally not eligible for refund.
